been waiting over a month for my order just 3 items. took 2 emails to get a response and then said there was a delay, then later another email for another delay. i got no status updates and am still waiting. have no idea if I will ever see what I ordered.

I placed an order in early August for 2 items for an event at the end of September. I contacted Customer Service 3 or 4 times to follow up the order . Each time I was assured that my order was going to production and would be ready to ship THAT week. It's been 9 weeks and the event has come and gone and my order is not filled. Disappointed. Feels like customer service doesn't know what's going on, or doesn't know how to set expectations.
