The door was locked when we arrived. We had to wait for the mechanic to show up and open the door. Also, parking is very tight. The service was great. The shop was rims and tires. It also stays open late on Saturday.

Please don't come back. You didn't even want to to pay for the service ma'am we don't run a charity. It's crazy that you realize it was a holiday and you expect us to open just for you (Please use your brain)I never told you to come in on Monday. Also you didn't wait because we opened at noon that day and you weren't there. Sorry about that sun you can clearly see we work outside you had ever opportunity to wait in your car like ever other customer. That is correct we don't drop the car till payment is received and again you didn't want to pay. Thanks so now I'm a jerk because you didn't get free service. Again like I told you multiple times the tires that you purchased from who knows where is not my responsibility we mounted and balanced according to the specs. It's not my fault you purchased knock off tires. Again thank you for your business and I'm glad we won't be seeing you again.

I wouldnt use him again. He told me come in anytime when I came in Mon was holiday it was closed. Texted he never responded waited outside for 1:45 he never showed. Came back following day waited 2+ hours in the sun, whilst he did a guys car who came after me bec he was making more money on that job. Then when he was finished he deliberately left my car on tire hoist until I paid him. His neighbors already told me the day before that he was a jerk and that he would not apologize or give you a discount for prior days inconvenience. Hed never get my money again. Im not sure by the way the tires are not running smoothly if the work was done satisfactorily. Just GO to a reputable tire place, where you get a receipt and return if follow up is needed.
