I will have to agree that a few of the staff can be unprofessional. The home I rented at 19003 Dee Woods Drive 77346 and was past fair condition. I moved from out of state so the management company is new to me. Well they collect the money, make ideal threats, know that the condition of a home is not up to par and still take the account. Delay in responding to emails and work order. I had uncountable amount of leaks, including toilets, roof, entry way was like a rainfal when it rain. Multiple holes that welcome predators. Never got reimbursed or credit for work that I payed for that was promised to me. They was aware of all these problems before I moved in because I had spoke to the previous renter and he brought them to there attention. He ask me did they disclose the severe water problems. NO I am trying to retrieve my 3k plus security and unable to. Again the address listed does not exist. Unable to access my account. They stress about me signing my lease that I never received. I do believe my landlord changed and was never notified. I am trying to serve the landlord court papers because I want my deposit. The inventory list is a joke if the management company does not bring it to the landlord attention. There should be a website or credit bureau for land lord in my case slum lord so future renters can be aware I know that the landlord is their client but SMH. I am going to continue to fight for my security. This is right out stealing. Beware of the place you rent due diligence tenants. Shop your management company, realtor, and landlord. It not easy to loose any amount of money to lies. Yes I am still pursuing all avenues.

Would not answer the phone, voice mail was full for three days, drove to the address and it didn't exist. Seems like they are just collecting application fees on line.

Zing really helped us when we were transferred to Houston from Dallas. They had a list of properties on my weekend visits and we found a property we love.
