i had this company come out to duct cleaning they show up early the technicians was respectful but they weren't knowlegable about cleaning ducts they wanted to charge extra for the vents that were in floor they insisted on running the ac system while cleaning the vents but they couldn't figure out why all the dust was coming up through the vent they just finished cleaning i ask why they were running the ac they said to keep the dirt moving in the ducts but my house was filling up with dirt from the vent that were supposedly just cleaned they stated that they didn't know how to stop the dirt from coming out of vent so i ask them to stop where they were and leave my house i personally don't blame the technicians i blame the management for false advertisement and misinformation and not adequately preparing the techs with the proper equipment an training to do this kind of work i would not recommend this company

Why I would HIGHLY recommend Eddie: They did a thorough job in cleaning all the vents and when there are any issues with the vent, he would be sure to notify me so to have it fix (he could do it, or would mention how my contractor could fix it) - respectful of the home as he wore a shoe cover and was careful with his equipment around the house - came in a short notice and was ready to get the job done If I am to have my vents clean again, he'll be the vent cleaning guy I would call hands down.

The technician Eddie came out and cleaned our air ducts, and did an exceptional job. He was on time, knowledgeable, informative and a very friendly guy. He definitely took his time to explain what he was doing and complete the work - including cleanup and everything. He even used his personal experience and professional knowledge to help answer questions I had related to my duct work and vents. Would highly recommend having Eddie out to clean your ducts.

My dryer has not been working well for the last couple months had these guys came out and the David came out and was very nice and showed me all the lint and now my dryer has been working great ever since highly recommend !
