Hi Ronno, We appreciate your business and will always strive to provide service and quality no matter the size of the job, but like all businesses we have multiple overheads which must be covered, this is the reason we have minimum charges. It takes time for a staff member to open and assess your file, print and staple. We have a minimum charge of 1 for a hard copy print, a 3 file output charge and a 5 scan charge. These costs are in place to cover the time spent by our staff to service the small and one-off orders. We have 3 large clearly visible signs on our counter and reception area to explain our position and charges so that there are no surprises for our customers and if you are unsure we are always happy to price your job before you decide to proceed. All you have to do is ask! You may see only see it as a couple of printed sheets I see it as staff time taken from jobs that are in progress and interrupted, rent, rates, wages, NI & pension contributions, electric, water, training. . . . I genuinely do not feel that these charges are excessive. Whether it was one print or ten the cost would still have been 4+ vat for a service that you received while you waited, there are very few places left in Glasgow can still do the same. In saying all of this I do appreciate your business, but feel that your 2-star review is unfair and potentially damaging for a small independent business like ourselves. Charged 3.00 to staple two items! Also, they don't bother telling you they charge 4+ to open up an email attachment or a USB stick. What should cost 30p becomes almost five quid! Also, it took the employee ten minutes (!) to staple my items after they took them downstairs with them. Were they photocopying my stuff for themselves, taking a leisurely toilet break or having a cuppa or all three? Who knows :)

We have used Exactaprint on numerous occasions for last minute jobs and time after time, they are able to deliver exceptional quality printing, delivered on time - nothing is too difficult for them! Hi Dan, I was really concerned when I saw your review and am sorry to hear about your experience. I have double checked the times on our email and Fiery and see that your file was received by us at 9.20am and printed by 9.26am. I do appreciate that you suffered a delay (at an obviously stressful time as you were on a tight timescale) due to my staff member arriving late into work, this should not have happened and is not typical and for this I can only apologise. Our other staff member (that was in on time) is a print finisher and does not have a working knowledge of Fiery RIP which was absolutely no help to you. On Saturdays we work with a skeleton staff of two and is more for a collection and catch up service although we will do what we can when asked. We will always strive to provide service and quality no matter the size of the job, but we do have a minimum charge of 1 which I dont feel is excessive for a city centre print shop whether it was one print or ten the cost would still have been 1. Again please accept my apologies for the delay with your order and I do hope you will give us another chance in the future. Was in a rush to print boarding pass (take off in 90 minutes) guy was late to work and other man there couldn't work the printers. Waited 35 minutes in total and got charged 1 for a b&w single sheet print. Just didn't seem to care.
