We met with Traci in the DE store and she was nothing but helpful. We had to exchange the dress for size. We did have some confusion when calling the customer service phone number. Once we contacted Traci she not only called and had quick response back to us. She made sure everything was handled right away. I also spoke with her associate Nichol who was not only helpful but extremely professional. We will be a repeat clients just because of how easy they were to deal with. Our Daughter loves her dress and can not wait to see in it on her event!!! Thank you Traci and Nichol.
