Sister and I went in to buy a product I was told was available by the store via phone call the day before. Surprisingly said product was not available, so decided go with an alternate. Left the store and got into my car. Googled said product and discover it may not be effective for my task. Went into store and after indicating I would like to return product. Grumpy, slovenly bear at register with attitude said 'no comment". In a normal manner, I stated I was told the product and had a change of heart about the one I purchased. He was clearly looking to start something so I executed my transaction and left. Just really bad attitude, no reason for it. If you don't like your job, then quit. Will never go back there again.

Purchased an infant life vest only to walk to my car admittedly 13 minutes after my purchase and be aggressively approached (in front of my 3 month old baby) about being towed and paying up $20.00 for parking because my car remained parked after my purchase was completed 13 minutes ago. The man generously let me leave saying Do not come back. Really? Is this the kind of human you are? The feeling is mutual. I wish I had never walked in your store and given you any of my money.

The store is well organized. The staff are very helpful. The prices are good . Far from being a tourist trap, tourists can find items that they might need at reasonable prices . But this is a full-fledged extensive hardware store . I can pretty much find everything required for house projects, etc. and interaction with the staff is always a pleasure .

Great assortment, better stocked than Ace Conwell which is smaller. But I can't give the fifth star because they are harder to get to especially in summer crowds.

I shop here often and even have an account, but today no one was up to helping me find what I needed. Several were willing to indicate an aisle number but when I said I couldn't find it after looking, no one was willing to help me find it. I left and bought it online. So much for investing in my community.
