I am sorry you feel like this I refused to fit your Chinese Radio as it is our company policy due to the amount of failures we see. We value our reputation and are proud of our work, there for wont risk fitting below standard kit at no point have we been rude to any of our customers. I feel it unfair that you leave this review as we have not even worked on your vehicle and you are not even a customer of mine .

Thank you for your feedback but as I advised a 8" Alpine sub would would not compatible for your vehicle and that the Audison active sub would be the choice for that vehicle. I am sorry on this occasion that we couldn't fulfil to your budget that you required on this occasion kind regards.

Took a 2020 Jaguar and asked what the best solution to increase bass. Answer I got cant do anything with it will cost at least 1100 what??? When asked is that the only option - got the answer I haven't done this before in Jag. No suggestion to change car door speakers/amp/subwoofer etc. Just felt he wasn't interested. Went to other dealer who took interest and gave more than few options. Poor customer service. Don't waste your time.

I had an apple car play fitted by Ian and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Very polite and super fast service. Ian then sat with me and showed me how to use everything on there - will defo go again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thank you for your feedback but what concerns me if you had a problem with your battery going flat or damage to your dashboard why haven't you got back in touch to raise these issues? we have been here 27 years and never had any complaints about the quality of workmanship on any vehicles what so ever and pride ourselves on outstanding quality of workmanship and customer service .

paid a small fortune having a dashcam fitted, they slashed my dashboard with a stanley knife and didnt bother to tell me and the batteries dead every morning.. good job lads
