My daughter is a baker and we were excited to try this bakery after hearing its good reviews. The cupcakes did not seem fresh as they were kind of dry. The macaroons and cookie sandwich we tried were not bad but had no wow factor. It could have been an off day. What disappointed me most and why I give this bakery a two instead of a three, is that the young girl helping us was not very pleasant. It was not busy at all and she just seemed rude and in a hurry to get us out of the store. This is the second google review I have ever done in my life. Average food I can ignore, but rude service is the reason I decided to speak out.

Hi Amy! Thank you for taking the time to let us know, we are so sorry about that! It was definitely an over sight, we take ownership for that. Unfortunately, by the time pick up all our bakers had left for the day, so our staff tried to help out best they could. We understand the upset and know that free cupcakes don't take the place but hoped it could offer some sort of olive branch. Again, we are so sorry. We appreciate you letting us know because we can only grow and get better from here.

Ran across Amys cupcakes online I needed to order my daughter a birthday cake I sent her a picture off what I wanted they forgot to write her name on the cake how do u forget that the lady working said I can only do her name in fondant it looks HORRIBLE for 75 bucks her name I expect to match the happy birthday writing cake taste good and she gave us free cupcakes but I dont want free cupcakes I want her cake to look right

Our wedding guests LOVED our cake. We had a small round cutting cake and sheet cake to be cut for our guests. We had the most compliments on our cake including the gluten free cupcakes we ordered. They did an at home cupcake tasting that made it really easy for us to decide which flavor we wanted to go with.

The staff was amiable, and the cupcakes, cookies, and rolls had an excellent presentation and were nicely packaged. However, the taste of the cupcakes and macaroons did not meet our expectations for the price. Not precisely saying the cupcakes are terrible, but the cupcakes were slightly dense, and the frosting was very light in flavor. It doesn't mean others will feel the same way because we all have different preferences.
