I had an appointment (and wore a mask) and the employee did not wear a mask. Also saw a customer entering the store after me and they did not wear a mask so it's clear the store doesn't care about employees or customers wearing a mask. If I knew beforehand, I wouldn't have booked an appointment here.
We have plexiglass on the counter to follow guidelines. As you should know its only if you are within 6 feet of someone. Also remember some people cant actually wear a mask without having a panic attack. (Proven data also states that your paper masks or cloth masks only have a 3% effective rate.) If you are not happy with the way I run my business as a single mom then kindly take your business elsewhere.

Echoing what another customer said, this business has no regard for current COVID state mandates/guidelines.. it is the closest FedEx facility to me but If I had known this I wouldn't have gone. I was inside for about ten minutes and while there a friend of the person working came inside and also did not wear a mask.
