Horrible. Was for installation of a new Kohler R32323-SD-VS Kitchen Faucet and Soap dispenser. When the technician, Devin, said he hadn't installed a faucet that had a sensor before I should have not used Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Before installation the technician mentioned that the shut off valves showed signed of rust and should be replaced, but he didn't carry those parts. Understanding that we agreed not to touch the shutoff valves we shutoff the water to the home outside, which we did. I turned on another sink to relieve the water pressure in the lines. A few moments later Devin mentions that he did turn the shutoff valve off, which I thought we were under the understanding that we were NOT going to touch the shutoff values, but he said that the water did stop and he continued installing. After Devin finished installing the faucet, everything seemed fine. Water was flowing and the sensor worked. I paid and Devon left. My wife and I left to have dinner. Upon our return, water was dripping under the sink and a shutoff valve was broken off. Not only do we have a leak now that needs repair, the faucet doesn't even put out HOT water! I don't know what this company is doing on Angie's List, but I used Angie's List before and trusted the companies that are on here. Now this nice $200 upgrade for our kitchen sink is going to turn into a nightmare.

This is my second time having them come to my home! There work is amazing and fast. Communication was great and even tho they had a busy schedule they provided updates on when they would arrive. I received multiple quotes from different companies and Custom Plumbing was definitely reasonably priced. Problem wasnt solved on the first service call and then Jesse and Cody arrived the next day and took care of us. Thanks Jesse and Cody!
