Wanted to buy a house, but as soon as the Agent (Vicky) found out I was working with a different agent she changed her tone, did not returned my messages after asking me to provide her with my Agent's name. I understand they want full commission, but that is no way to treat a customer. Very unprofessional service.

bought a house MN Home Venture flipped back in 2017. Nothing but issues with the contractor, Solid Rock. Response at first from the Mehalovich's was good.. then it tapered off. We gave up on working with them, or Solid Rock to fix the issues with their remodel job. Toilets were installed incorrectly. The bathroom floors were never glued down, they'd lift up when vacuuming. The AC was never wired. I would be vary wary of putting an offer in on a home that they represented/flipped, or that Solid Rock was the contractor for.

To say Tara is good at her job is an understatement she is unbelievable at what she does. My husband and I both sold a home and bought a home with Tara. She is very professional, quick to get things taken care of, but most of all she always keeps you well informed. She truly puts your family's wishes first and makes you feel very comfortable during the process. She fought for the price that we wanted to sell our old house for and for the price we wanted to pay on our new home as well. The Minnesota home Venture team is also very professional and keeps you well informed about the process. They let you know what they need from you and what the hang-ups are if any for the buyer or seller. I felt completely taken care of during both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home. I knew I was in good hands and this took a lot of stress off me during the whole process. Tara went above and beyond to make this process easier for us and I truly appreciate all she did. I definitely recommend Tara and her team at Minnesota Home Venture you will not be disappointed! Tara we are endlessly grateful for having you as our agent and couldn't be happier for the way everything worked out!

Tara had been recommended to me by my LO at the time. I'm so glad to have her as my realtor! From 2008 she had helped me find my first home and later help me sell that very house in 2012 and now helping me buy another one! I am very lucky to have Tara working for us.
