Hi Marylou, I truly apologize for the slight delay...I do see you have received your curtains several days ago now. Unfortunately our manufacturer was having some slight shipping delays, many unfortunately are still due to COVID. I did also double check our emails, which we reply to everyday, and I do not see any past emails from you. Not sure if you had the correct email for us? Anyway, glad to hear you have your curtains. After searching for many months for what I wanted, I was so happy to find this shop! The website was easy to navigate and the ordering seamless. The prices were very reasonable. I found exactly what I had been searching for. Because I had some looming time deadlines, I made special shipping requests. To my great delight..my order arrived even earlier than I expected and days ahead of my timeline. But the greatest joy came from the product. The quality more than exceeded my expectation. The curtains fit perfectly and look beautiful. Guests have commented on their loveliness. I am sooo happy. I only wish I'd found them sooner and made this purchase sooner. Thank you to the owner and staff for excellent customer service and a wonderful product!!

Worst customer service! Lady was super rude and prioritized doing shipment over checking on if she could discount a display. We were told displays are not discounted because the owner doesn't do that...terrible business practice. Overall way over priced merchandise other local retailers offer and very rude!
