When I bought my Game Box system from DHA, it was delivered to me pretty much as I'd requested (custom art) with only a few questionable bits here and there. The cabinet and game selection are top notch, no complaints there. However, assembly-wise, I can't close the controls surface on my unit all the way, because some of the button mounts beneath make contact with the power supply, causing the buttons to get stuck. So I added a layer of insulation to provide a gap. When I pointed out this problem to DHA, they weren't interested in helping me. Also the 4/8 way joysticks are a PITA.

Recently had my custom pedestal delivered and I'm really impressed. Really good build quality and graphics are great. You can tell a lot of work went into customizing software to work well with everything too. You will still have to customize the controls a bit here and there but a really strong showing and amazingly fun. Highly recommend if you're looking for a turnkey system. Can't believe how many games are on this thing!! Thanks guys!
