I got into an accident and the persons insurance company NEVER reached out to me Instead I got harassed by Sarah at this company. Both times she called me I had to ask to talk to a supervisor and the first time Daniel talked and was great, professional and understanding. Sarah spoke over me, threatened me and talked down upon me. The second time I talked to Sarah she said "he's only going to tell you the same exact thing I am" and he was as rude as she was. They lie and say they have contacted me many time before the first call and after that, they lie and say I'm late on a payment when I never agreed upon a payment plan, they write a certain date and the letter heading, but dont send it out until DAYS LATER. Then lie saying they've sent me everything needed in the mail. I am very disappointed in how unprofessional, rude and aggressive they are. They also said "we don't make any money from this, we have no reason to be rude or aggressive" that's a lie. Ans no, I'm not a person to EVER ask for the supervisor &/or manager. But I will not be talked down upon, lied to and talked over anytime I speak.

absolute garbage. using threatening language and demanding settlement money for something THEY cannot prove was broken, has no pictures of, and yet they act like I MYSELF have to prove it wasnt broken. Thats not how it works. Its innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around. Your group should be dismantled and in court i will make this is clear..... all these fake 5 star reviews are pathetic. should be sued for false advertising

I'm convinced all of the positive reviews are either fake or were done with a promise of incentive. They are NOT Lawyers/Attorneys. They are a debt collection agency that uses the big Attorney title to scare you. Poor customer service skills and always ready to escalate with zero empathy for why their harassment would make someone mad. Thankful for the FDCPA.
