Unless you just enjoy doing things in an outdated, prehistoric and slow fashion I highly suggest you stay far away from Meade Law & Title. The lawyers and Jen have a superior attitude riding on a power complex and insist that 99% of the other title companies who process documents electronically are doing so illegally. When in reality, it became legal in June of 2020. They take no accountability for their actions and have the worst communication skills Ive seen in a long time. They made our closing process long, miserable and painful. Jen rode her power trip reminding us constantly that weve never sold a house before so we dont know anything. However, our realtor (and the buyers realtor) who has been in the business 15 years has expressed to us theyve never seen such a messy, disorganized and dis functional closing in all their careers. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone wanting to operate in the 21st century.
