Horrible horrible service, I came in a few days ago to pick up a cake that I had ordered. When I got inside the older lady at the register was very nasty. When I came in She asked my name repeatedly but iam soft spoken so I said it about 3 times, she showed me the cake then I looked around the case for a few other things, the lady seemed impatient but I was confident because there wasnt any line. I asked for 2 cookies and she got them. She asked me for my card in a very aggressive manner then she asked me to sign and had even more of an attitude to the point where I was offended. I dont understand why she treated me this way if I came in to solely buy my cake when I was being very polite. I thanked her after she got the cookies, I thanked her after she rung me up and she never responded ha never going there again Ill try my luck on hylan where everyone is much friendlier. Its truly a shame when you spend your money with a business but you leave unhappy, customer service is everything.
Hello Alicia, as we already discussed through Better Business Bureau with you, you ordered a custom cake made fresh just for you. We offered you a cake with the same filling in the showcase but you insisted you wanted a fresh cake made to order. After we already assembled and decorated this fresh cake to your specifications, you called hours later and decided that you didn't want it. We offered to freeze the cake for you since it is a custom order and cannot be cancelled. I'm sorry you were not happy with this suggestion, but we did make a completely fresh order just for you and it is not fair that we are stuck with a custom cake. We have a no cancellation policy if a cake is already put together, which is visible publicly on our website FAQ. We also have the record of your email giving us confirmation to run payment on your card. Saying that we sell stale products is ludicrous and defaming. Thank you.

They sell stale products and the staff are very rude! We paid for a cake over the phone at 12 noon, called to cancel at 2pm and was told we couldn't cancel but we could pick up the cake on Tuesday, and they were nasty about it. Birthday was on Monday so we bought a nice fresh cake elsewhere...They didn't even have the courtesy to try to resolve the matter so I took it to the Better Business Bureau. To date almost one month later they are insisting on us picking up the cake (which apparently is in their refrigerator) and refuse to return our money...We are never picking up this cake and we are never purchasing from here again. As I told the employee..they can keep the cake and the money as well. I don't have any more time to waste with this back and forth. We hope that stealing a customers $35.00 was worth this review. You guys should really focus on providing fresh products and stop wasting time fighting with a customer on social media and trough BBB. It really does not reflect well for your business. Just so that people are aware this case is still ongoing, and other Mousse is still insisting on us picking up a 7 week old cake. What a SHAME!
Nice bakery in Travis. Located on Victory Blvd. Pretty character cookies, good apple turnovers, pies, chocolate mousse cakes, specialty cakes, e.t.c.. I have been purchasing their delights since they were located on the other side of the Island.
My wife ordered cake pops made for our gender reveal, they perfectly matched exactly what she asked for. The owners went above and beyond. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone in the area.

I called to ask one simple question and the girl on the other line was very rude. I was very clear on what I was asking she was unpleasant. When a customer is asking for a product they should try to be helpful
