A clear direction of what you needed would be helpful. To leave a 1 star review because of a communication disconnect is over the top. We would be more than eager to discuss what is involved with SEO. I clearly indicated all of our services we offer which included some of the what you needed. If you or your company result to leave 1 star reviews without merit, I would be skeptical developing a business relationship with you. Obviously I was right in being suspicious of the call based on this review.

I was looking for a company to assist us with our digital presence - enhance our website and assist us with digital syndication of content and webinars I have been asked to be part of as an industry leader. After looking at this company's services, I thought they would be a good fit. I called and the person who picked up seemed suspicious and leary to take a call from a prospect in general. It was odd and not the best first impression for me as a prospect. Still I proceeded. 2 minutes into the call, after I explained what I needed for our business, the person asked what my firm did. We are a Salesforce.com Partner, but that was not the point. He thought I was selling him, which was very much not at all what I was doing. I was perplexed as what I explained I needed: website design, maintaining our online presence etc. There was no sales pitch, partnership, nothing to them. I was looking to pay a firm money for services. He then explained all he did SEO marketing. The initial impression they leave to a prospect is not good and very confusing. You probably lost a couple thousand potential dollars with that impression alone.

Anthony and his team have been wonderful with helping our small start up company by building our website.
