We certainly appreciate your comments and have investigated what happened. Unfortunately, our letter carrier from the United Sates Post Office retired and our fill-in letter carriers did not collect any mail from our building for two-weeks. This issue has been fixed and apologize for the delay.

I paid $250 on to register for a 8Hr Scaffolding refresher course on Friday 9/27/19. Currently am working on an MTA Project so I had to schedule a PTO, arrange for a substitute CSE, pay for transportation and parking for that class which cost me and my contractor plenty $$$ for that day. Upon my arrival for the class on the planned morning, I found out that the class was canceled due to low registration. At first they said they sent out notification and I proved they didnt with my phone records that I got none. Then they tried to blame me saying: I didnt include my email or phone during the registration which I again proved wrong. After speaking with the coordinator at the training location, she said I couldve return later in the evening to sit in on the ongoing 32Hr class which started at 2pm that afternoon. And I later got a call from another coordinator with very poor phone quality about how sorry they were. But no substantial offer on how to remediate this issue. I later returned to the training location at 2pm to find theres no Scaffolding training at all. After calling the training coordinator about these concerns on the same day I was supposed to have this training, she promised to have my money refunded on the 9/30/19. I still havent gotten refunded for the class up to 10/4/19 in order to register and pay for another class.
