They were doing everything they can to rush me in and rush me out. Most of the employees seemed very nice the associate that I got seem to be having a bad day once my pants were altered they still did not fit correctly I bought 5.11 police shirts and pants which did not fit well they're definitely not worth the money unless you take them to a real tailor which cost a ton of money. Everything they sell you can order online for either the same cost or in most cases even less expensive so I would shop around before paying their high prices and I've been there several times the last time the service was pretty good although the shirt still didn't fit correctly this time I got pants that did not fit correctly unfortunately I cannot take them back so I'm not real happy I would shop online before you spend money here and you just never know if you're going to get good service or not it's hit and miss and overpriced.

I wanted to purchase a pair of tactical boots. When I wanted to try on a pair of them size 8 of the boots since the smallest size they had in the style of tactical boots I wanted, they were able to find a pair in the back. When the box was handed to me, lo and behold, there was only one boot in there. Are you freaking serious? Why would you hand me a box with only one shoe in it and inform me that the other boot was on display? That makes no sense. And the size 8 boot was too big when I tried it on. It's bad enough I hate having to shop for shoes and clothing items in general due to always having terrible luck with finding my size when I see a pair of shoes or clothing I like. This shopping experience only justifies my hatred for shopping and exacerbates an already frustrating shopping experience.
