Nice salon. Very friendly staff. My issue was when I called I asked if someone there specialized in mens cuts and stressed I was very particular about my hair, I was assured the girl she chose for me was. My stylist was very nice and I almost hate leaving this review but I think if someone is told they will be helped by someone who specializes in mens cuts it should be true. My haircut isnt bad, just not what I was expecting from your salon. I would have been more than happy to pay a higher rate for a more experienced stylist, that should be an option people are given.

They were nice and professional but I was not just happy with hair cut. Wish they knew a little more about hairstyling. They just trimmed my hair in the name of styling :(((

I was in town for a business trip and booked a last minute cut and color at Fringe. I was so nervous! My appointment was with Audrey, who is a GEM! She is such an artist, Im obsessed with my cut and color. So impressed with my entire experience!!
Cassie, I am so sorry you felt this way....we have put a few new policies/procedures in place due to the pandemic. We are learning along the way to adjust to this new normal and have to change the way we run our salon company. I must of communicated poorly, we are doing a grace period and updating our guests on the new cancelation policy for future appointments. I would love to reschedule a reservation with you with Ciarra. Again so sorry for the way I communicated there will be no additional fee for the appointment earlier this month. Jenny

I had an appointment in March and they scheduled me 3 months out. This was the beginning of the pandemic. I stuck the appointment card in my wallet and completely forgot about it. I had just forgotten to put it in my phone to remind me. Needless to say I missed the appointment. So they call and I tell them I'm so sorry and explained. Then she says they have been sending text reminders and given 2 day ahead notice phone calls. I got neither one of those! She told me that we could reschedule and I'd have to pay the extra 50%. I told her I would not be rescheduling multiple times because she pushed it. She was unforgiving and rude on the phone. The front desk womans name was Jenny. I hope this is helpful to others considering this salon.
