Couldn't even make the appointment. It's definitely been a struggle to find a good black hair salon in Wichita and I'm about to give up. I made an appointment to get my hair done Saturday at 2. I arrived to an empty shop and waited for 20 minutes only to leave with my time wasted. It's so frustrating.

i was sitting getting my dreads retwisted and i took a little nap for 5 minutes. when i woke up i found a roach on me. i screamed for help buy nobody listened and they all ignored me. next she was coloring my hair i fell asleep again to ignore the first roach and when i woke up the roach was gone but a PREGNANT SPIDER was on me. when i tried killing it baby spider eggs were everywhere. i screamed and more and then i just decided to perm because i didng do my dreadlocks how i wanted and called them grinch fingers by a stylist. then my perm burned all my hair off and my scalp got chemical burns. so thats when i decided to go bald. next thing i knew MY SCALP WAS BLEEDING. and my nails were ugly too so this place is bad dont clme ehre unless u want bugs and bloodAND THEY OVERPRICED 200 FOR LIGHTENING??? GIRL BYE.

I went in for a consultation advised to be on time so I showed up 20mins before my appointment which was at 4pm, I did not get seen until after 430pm due to her running behind with another client. I got a few good tips from her on products but when I messaged later to ask questions, it fell on deaf ears and never got a response back. I decided not to schedule a wash and style due to CPT, I'm a very rigid believer on time. So knowing that I sat for almost an hour after my appointment just for a consultation shows me that my time as a client is not valued and more on the stylist time. If rhe stylist was able yo maintain a more rigid schedule I would most definitely book an appointment but I can't spend my entire day at a salon.
