Well Ive been a loyal customer for years till Now. Ive brought part to be repaired several times now but this time wow it is inexcusable! My HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: I brought in a part to be fixed around 1:30 they ask what it was and what needed to be done. He agreed and said they will have it fixed by tomorrow morning. Next day came and I didnt hear back from them so around 11:30 called and asked them about the part he said that they were backed up I havent got into it yet OK. Understandable it was still morning. 2:40 came havent heard back from them and it was close to closing time. So I called again this time they tell me that its unfixable they have to order parts for it which will take a lot longer than to buy an actual new one. And all I needed was a string replace and if he didnt have parts for it why would he tell me that he could fix it honestly I think they DIDNT want fix it and was giving me the runaround WHILE being rude.so I went to the store, when I got there he had laid out my part and new one on the counter. Told him all I want it was my part back and I am no longer interested on giving them any type of business including buying new parts or equipment from them.
