We agree that the novelty can wear off over time, and the decor can be personalised to whatever you require. The last couple of years have been very tough on the wedding industry, and there has been massive delays in shipping and getting products to the UK, however we ensure that at the earliest opportunity we will keep adding the newest and freshest designs. It's ni e place at first impression, but I've been there 3 times lately, their deco can't be personalised, so if u been once, you'll get bored , secondly, they really need to look at their catering company, food is pretty much bland and mostly for dessert they serve gajrrla which is too oily to taste lile anything.

Not enough parking for grand events such as weddings. We had to park on the opposite side of the venue on a different businesses car park as there was no parking, because cars were parked on both sides and the middle island of the road which was a hazard to anyone passing through. However the venue was interesting, the entrance looked lovely with 3 level of stairs to the grand hall. As you walk down the stairs there is a water feature on your left. I was very grateful for the disabled access they provided by the side door, as a parent/carer of child with additional needs this would have benefited her requirements of being in a wheelchair, however also helped the elderly to access the event.

It was beautifully presented abd required minimum touch up or decoration fir the event I attended. However, for a venue, with a large capacity in the hundreds, parking is quite restrictive.

Poor management skills, poor communication skills within own team . Given the Hall certain instructions but not followed on the day. Not to be trusted to handle your wedding or walima etc.
