Very disappointing. I booked my car in to be repaired 2 weeks in advance and was promised a courtesy car. I had taken leave and drove all the way from the city centre to be told my courtesy car isnt available. The staffs were apologetic but isnt 2 weeks more than enough time to ensure a courtesy is available. Shouldnt I have been updated about it so I dont have to waste my time. This is poor customer relations given that the garage is a considerably big franchise and work with big insurance companies.

Had my car in for insurance repairs after someone hit my car whilst parked. I was extremely impressed with the service provided. My car was repaired quicker than expected. A special thanks to Lisa and Emma on reception and Terry the estimator that looked at my car . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My car was returned immaculate inside and out. I highly recommend Turners Leeds . Thank you everyone

My car went into Turners for repairs after a none fault accident and they were brilliant from the start. The receptionist was super friendly, the phone was always answered and emails always responded to, you never felt left in the dark. They kept me up to date with my repairs, and it came back to me looking spotless. If I need any bodywork doing I will definitely return.

So my car was taken to turners garage after a none fault accident! It was returned to me within the week ! The petrol was on red and the steering was broken (car was fine before the crash) I called the office within a hour of the car being returned to be told the car was fine. I contacted my insurance and currently have a complain in against the garage. I have called the garage for information like the job log, the test drive information!! to be told they dont need to supply me with anything and to contact my insurance. So now I am with out a car and I have to have my own report on the car done before my insurance can look at it again all because this garage has either not fixed the car correctly or have damaged it while it was in the garage because it was never driven after The crash apart from by turners staff and the steering was perfectly fine before the crash. I am in disbelief this can happen please avoid this garage at all cost ! Bad workmanship! Rude office staff and u will be left disappointed and out of pocket like my self !!
