Our designer gets book up and busy thought the week so to be fair to our customers we do normally require an appointment to sit with him, so that he can complete all his work on schedule and meet the demanding deadlines our customers. Stopped in to have stickers made during business hours, the guy at the front was unable to take my art, and told me to come back when a designer was there, M-F. Stopped in on a Thursday and was informed that they're only available by appointment and that I'd need to come back, they're unorganized and terrible at communicating. Wouldn't recommend.
I walked in by chance as I was searching for a Xerox machine close to home. I needed to make literally 5 pages of copies. Extremely time sensitive. They turned me away even though I offered to over pay . Good business and long lasting business relationships are based on the small interactions that build faith in your company in the community. I actually need a good banner and canvas printing service for my business. Based on their unwillingness to help a guy with a small problem in his time of need, a 5 minute fix, I must suggest that you look elsewhere for your printing needs. They are not friendly or helpful, and do not deserve your business
These guys are my go-to for business cards. Even if placing my order just before lunch they're done the same day. Not sure what the formal cut-off time may be but they're quick, have great quality and their prices beat most online shops. Feels good to support a local biz with local folks working there.
Have used Digital Insight for several shows in Vegas. They come through every time. Customer service is spot on. In a business where I'm often dealing with multiple vendors and tight deadlines, I feel like I don't have to worry about anything I've sent to these guys.
