Did a 2x appointment to get bleached and toned. I have no idea what the F happened. There is a whole list of curse words I want to spew at Nola to be honest. Was worried when I saw pieces of my hair fly all over the place getting blow dried, but was told it was just breakage and the top half of some of my hair. Got home and took a picture of my head and it appears I am actually BALD in places? This was a $400 job in total before tip. I am honestly speechless.

I went to do my hair with NYSSA. She evaluated my hair and charge me $100 for just color . I was agreed with the price but when I was about to pay she suddenly charge me $120 I asked why she said because it took me 20 minutes long. I was like that's not my problem if took you long probably is because you got frustrated drying my hair really the woman was sweating and I saw her face getting angry and frustrated. So basically I had to paid $20 extra because she took her time she doesn't know how to blowout hair I should charge her for my time she made me waste . Ridiculous. I'll never come back again . I tip her $18 dollars

Great salon! I've seen a variety of the stylists and they all do a great job and help me figure out what I want out of a haircut (I usually never know or can describe it). Highly recommend!
