I am fairly new to the area and have been in search of a braider/salon. I made an appointment towards the end of December for January 18 with a particular stylist. I received a call a day before my appointment asking if I can come at 11am instead of 8am and I agreed. I get to my appointment and Im put with someone I didnt book with. Against my better judgment I didnt say anything. I just really needed my hair braided. She was struggling to catch my hair (I have short hair). So, instead of letting her continue I just said that my appointment can be cancelled because I didnt want to get something and I know I wouldnt be happy (especially if Ive never seen their work or was booked with them) that was the point in me booking with the original person because I saw her work via social media. I am upset that I was not informed that I would be someone completely different.
II put 600.00 down for weave hair it was for a good grade of hair. . I told her I wanted it a blonde color she said she could dye it. she took a picture of the color i wanted .. When I arrived at my appointment .. the hair was not the color I asked for... I reset the appointment so she could get it the right color. I returned for the second appointment the hair color was still not what I wanted. The hair was not what I ordered I decided to try the color she dyed it at .. it didn't look too bad but I was unhappy with it. I went for maintenance appt a month later .. I wanted to see how the hair would hold u p.. It is starting to frizz and hair is shredding it is not also the length I asked for which was 24 inches I end up paying 900.00 for a weave job plus $100 for maintenance and it looks horrible She said the hair would last 3 years .. Its last 3 months. . She is a nice lady the Owner horrible customer service .. Beware do not go to this shop!!!!!
