They illegally charged my company for unfulfilled services. This company is either a total fraud or possibly the worst in the business with no care for quality or their customers. Customer service does NOT respond to emails and when contacted via phone, there was no one available to resolve our issues. They cost us SO MUCH MONEY in lost business by not answering our prospects or customers 90% of the time. They've threatened to send us to collections for the illegal charges of leaving all our callers on hold... This will most likely end in a legal battle... AVOID MAP COMMUNICATIONS.

I used to work there an the pay could be better considering the mess you put up with. Training is a joke an the breaks are too short. Dont be pregnant an have to use the bathroom becaise they have to grant you permission an most times they tell you to wait. I specifically remember a winter storm happened while i was working an they gave us a choice to stay overnight an they would provide us delicious food and a room for free. Some of us stayed an the food offered was a joke..it was dollar tree microwaveable chefboyardee (I know I spelled that wrong), an some juice I never heard of.
