This review is extensive so grab some popcorn and put on your tinfoil hat for this lunacy. I can not believe how many positive reviews this company has for how much this company did wrong on my move. They damaged my furniture, threatened to steal my belongings and their management laughed when I brought up my concerns. The owner (I believe he said his name was Bryon) quoted my move around $450. The final cost was over $800. The move started with an employee showing up late and asking me if I had anything to block the wheel of his box truck as his emergency break did not work great start, knowingly using faulty equipment. The two employees constantly complained, took smoke breaks, asked for tips because they didnt get paid enough money, damaged my furniture, talked about quitting, left their equipment plus some of my furniture at the old apartment and threatened to break into my new apartment. The employees asked if I owned a gun. I said yes. They asked if I worked from home. I said yes. They showed surprise at these answers. They said you should own a gun because people will steal from those who got, and you got. I did not have time to negotiate the overcharge as Bryon was confrontational over the phone and I wanted his employees out of my apartment so I paid up. I was under duress during the signing process so the contract is not valid - they stole my money. I tried calling their office over the next few days, but their customer service is extraordinarily lacking. I finally got ahold of Bryon, who said they would refund me $33 but, in doing so, they would not repair my furniture - that repairing your furniture is off the table - nice pun, as you damaged my table. They also dragged my new mattress across the concrete when Bryon said they would have mattress protectors. These people are lunatics and I am dumbfounded by any positive review. The only thing their employees did right was to leave my apartment.

What a disaster! This company is awful! They quoted me a time between 7-9am. Despite being the first move of the day, they required a two hour window. Then they missed it! I called there after 9, and was told my driver would still be an hour. Apparently even though they value their time at $130/hour, my time is worth nothing! They then told me they wouldn't move my furniture because it had stains. What?!?!? I've never heard of anything so crazy. Justin, who answers the phone claims that he has no supervisor, that he is the owner, and that gives him the right to lie, be rude, and talk over people. They broke my bed. I have nothing good to say about this company. What a joke!!!! Do business with ANYONE else!!!! Worst move of my life.

They provided responsive professional service. Good packers, we used them to box us up for our move. Provided all packing materials. Would recommend.

Matthew and the guys that I worked with were excellent at communicating their arrival schedule and overall cost estimate. They work very quickly, while taking care to protect the items they are moving. They were spot on their cost estimate. I would highly recommend Low budget Movers!

First, I was pressured into taking the move 3 hours earlier than I was originally scheduled for. One of the movers was very kind and hard working, but the principal mover was very vocal about how big of a rush he was in, that he was dissatisfied with having to work that day, and he continually made comments about how he planned on cutting corners to move more quickly (I.e. not breaking down furniture, etc). None of my furniture was covered or protected in any way during the move and each one of my larger pieces of furniture (my bed, my table, my dresser, and my desk) ALL now have new damage from the move. Because he was in such a rush, the move wasn't completed and I had to move by myself for the next 7 hours making over 6 trips alone back to my old place. He also pressured me to leave a tip and expressed his dissatisfaction with the amount I chose to leave as a result of his poor work. I even called the company after my move to express my dissatisfaction and the company did absolutely nothing to rectify my situation. I am very disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
