I am so unhappy. I ordered mailbox numbers, paid for them over the phone, and after 2 weeks of waiting did not receive them. When I called to find out where they were the response was, "well, we sent them to you." No offer to help figure out why they hadn't been received. When I asked if they could resend them I was told I would be charged full price again. I work for a business that has signs made frequently, and I will make sure we use a company with better customer service in the future.
I was so disappointed to see your one star review of our company. I was not aware that we had any customers who were unhappy with us in anyway. I sure hope this rating was a mistake. We really work hard to make sure we meet or exceed all of our customers expectations. I would welcome your feedback to see if there is anyway we can remedy what prompted you to give such a low star rating without even a review. We strive to treat even our smallest customers with the same commitment to excellence as we provide our largest clients such as ESPN or Disney. I sure hope you give us the opportunity to turn your rating of us from one star to the five star experience we try to give all our customers.
