All they have going for them is the aesthetic and the owners little notoriety. But a business cant thrive solely on this alone. Incompetence starts with the directors and managers and ends with the sales associates. The workers are rude, lack intelligence on how to assist customers and lack basic human respect to customers. Dont get me started on ordering online. Cheap fast fashion clothing that wont even last a full cycle in washing. They dont actually help or provide customer service which is what you would think is needed for this company to continue to grow. I dont see longevity with this store/brand unless they get a hold on things with the appropriate and skilled team to lead them. I will be filing my complaints with the BBB and will dispute my transactions with my bank.

Was disappointed with how big the store was and how little products they had most just saying the stores name on it. Really cute advertisements of Jessie and Erick throughout store.
This store has some of the cutest clothes (as well as one of the most Instagram worthy signs I saw while in Nashville). Its right by The Wings in The Gulch and is well worth a pop in to shop around for a cute new outfit and snap a photo or two.

Do not shop here if there is any possibility you want to return something. I bought an item for my daughter Tuesday morning, drove 8 hours home that day and we knew Tuesday evening the item was too big. It took me until Friday to get someone to answer the phone at the store. I was told the item could only be returned IN STORE which is a problem since I don't live in Nashville! I was willing to pay the shipping charges to return it and was told the process to return items is too extensive to do by mail. maybe returns should be considered part of your business plan? Their return policy was texted to me AFTER I left the store with my purchase. They should tell every customer what the return policy is at the point of purchase, right? They claim the policy is posted in a glass case by the cash register but why not point it out or tell people about it or tell customers to read the policy before purchase? Pretty sneaky way to earn revenue. I do not agree with their policy but am more shocked that they do not tell you about it until AFTER you purchase the item and are well on your way out of town. If you are a TOURIST, definitely skip this place and shop at more customer friendly boutiques in Nashville such as Draper James and Living with Landyn --those ladies know how to run a boutique and appreciate customers plus the quality of their items are far superior to Kittenish.
