I am a returning customer who hire Kevin for a paint job. He renovated the entire interior of my house 3 years ago and his crew did a good job. So I asked him to come back to repaint my house. I lived in queens Jamaica, my house is a small cape house, it does not have a full roof. My house has 3 bedrooms, living, dining rooms and a basement. My kitchen and bathroom are mostly tiles, not much paint job needed but only the ceiling. Anyway I thought Kevin told me $6000.00 to paint the interior of my house and I thought that was fair.He did not write me a contract and I find that to be quite strange but I just went along with it since I have known him for a long time. Anyway his crew came day after Labor Day and following day. Thats the day kevin asked me to pay him money, I said no problem. Kevin asked me to pay him a whopping $60,000,00 to paint the inside of my home. OMG $60,000 to paint the interior of a small cape home in Jamaica Queens. I almost had a heart attack. I asked to explain the cost which he was not able to do. My house has no damages, holes, or cracks. Its a newly renovated home. All I wanted to get was a refresh look by repainting the home. So he stopped his workers from continuing and left the home with patches of paint job all over. Then he had the nerve to ask me to pay him $2000 for the 2 days, he told me that he bought $500 worth of paint for my house. I went outside and saw 2 cans of white paint and a compound. I told him that 2 cans of paint and a compound does not add up to $500, then he changed the price and said he paid $390. Which still didnt add up again. Kevin is ridiculously EXPENSIVE and does not follow NYC price guidelines. Beware !!!!!! Of his price

Unreliable. Had an appointment for 10am, called the office several times from 9-9:40am to let them know I arrived early at my location but they never answered(first clue that they are not organized when no one answers an office line after 9am).. At 9:54 I receive a call from a woman saying they person supposed to come at 10 would now be coming at 11. I drove an hour to meet them at 10 and left early to make sure I was on time and they couldn't even show up on time or call an hour before to let me know. Very unprofessional and I'm glad I found out how unreliable they are before I hired them.

Mr. K. Parker, went above and beyond to design my small basement. He told me in three weeks the job would be completed. Though, skeptical about the time frame, he completed the job in three weeks! The Beyond Designs & Remodeling team are professional workers. I made a few changes along the way, and they did everything possible to help me create my dream kitchen area. It is beautiful. I love my basement, I call it my little sanctuary. I highly recommend Beyond Designs & Remodeling team. thank you guys.

I can't say enough nice things about Kevin and the people who work for him. They installed a bathroom in this tiny closet I had and made it look spacious (I think they are miracle workers.) The bathroom came out beautiful. I had some dangerous steps outside and they redid the steps. At first I didn't like them and I would have been happy with a quick fix but when Kevin saw them, he ripped them all out, and started all over again. They installed an HVAC system and it is working very well it gets cold in here. I'm very happy with the work they did. His workers are nice and professional. They just do their work quietly and I didn't mind having them around the house. When I had a problem with something he sent someone that day to fix it. He stands by his work. Thanks Kevin.
