If you are interested in picking a design from a book, and having it embroidered on a hat it is probably just fine. But, I wanted a company logo I designed embroidered on hats, and the employee there didn't know how to transfer the file to her software. It was in a DST form which is correct for the procedure. But I assume there was just a lack of training. So, I was not able to get what I wanted...
