THE GOOD: Xpress Copy is conveniently located in downtown Portland. They are locally owned/operated. They can turn jobs around very quickly, and their prices are dirt cheap. THE BAD: You pay for what you get in regards to quality. Inking can be faded, they don't color match & drop shadows can pixelate. When asked to confirm receipt of files or let me know when a job is ready for pick-up, half the time they don't do it. The customer service leaves much to be desired (even when you call). They will print & cut your job the fastest & best way they can figure out how, even if it's not exactly what you asked for or were expecting.

XPress Copy is fast and reliable. I've recently had some last minute requests with fast turnarounds and they have not only met, but completed them earlier than requested. I've corresponded with multiple different people on their team and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. They are my go-to for printing needs!
