It funny to me that all these good reviews and my house is full of mice, door has been kicked in several times! No one ever responds fast enough, the staff is so unprofessional and rude asses!!! I hate I even met the propert manager!y kids and I are living in a nightmare!

Excellent and knowledgeable PM. Harvey Levin has a vast amount of experience as a property manager and his experience as an investors helps him to relate to his clients. His knowledge of the intricacies of section 8 housing is an extremely valuable resource. He will take the time to educate investors on their options.

Hi i am sorry you feel that we should have properties available but unfortunately we are not having many move outs. With the affordable housing shortage and high prices to purchase homes our inventory most of the times is zero. We give priority to former tenants or current tenants that are moving due to change in family size. Please provide your name and i will review the files. However since you mention we have told you we do not have any homes available for your needs i do not feel it is fair for you to give us a 1 star review. We cannot force people to move so you will have a home.

Ive texted the number 1000 times to apply for a home soon as its posted Ive even filled out the jotform 4 times since March I never get a text back until about 2 weeks later and its always Im sorry nothing is available anymore I believe there should be a better form of communication other then that text number because no one ever response back its ridiculous and very much frustrating especially when you at a deadline for trying to find a place for your family to live . I never stated I wanted some some to move out in order for me to have a home what was said was when there is available homes Ill text that number 1000 times to apply for the home or Holmes thats being advertised and no one ever responds back to that text service number until weeks later so again like I said it should be a better form of communication especially when your filling out jotforms giving all your information just to neverrrrrr hear back from anyone so again you get a 1 star Im not the only person whos said this and just to make it more clear Im talking about house thats posted as available!!!!!!! So as far as you saying sorry for not having houses available dont pertain to me you could of kept that comment and again you get a 1 star Thankx
