Not Good Enough We have paid a monthly fee to Premier Software for approx 20 years. In that time we have asked for support only a handful of times. We have recently requested help, but all we have been given is the run around! NO SOLUTION We have been badly let down by Premier Software and as a result we have not met deadlines and have lost business as a result of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. The support team is very unorganised, disjointed and has caused our company much stress! Emails and call backs have been ignored and numerous excuses made. I have been a customer using salon lite for over 5 years, and recently left. The system did the job, however customer services is terrible! I understand this is a non contact by phone service, but I was never helped. I was ripped off over 300 for texts, and told they could not help to stop them going out! Then, i has an email sating DD would be frozen over lockdown, and no need to do anything. I have since tried to contact and ask for money back, but no answer! Terrible customer service and dont care about us as users! See ya!
