Thank you for the review. However in defence to this unfair review. The booking was never cancelled last minute. A pamper was booked, I had changed other appointments around to fit you in. After numerous attempts you wasn't replying to any of my messages, I had been trying to contact you all week, even the morning of the party at 8:30am , still no reply. I had 2 other bookings that day, if I had come to you when you finally got back to me, I would have been late for the children's pamper parties. This would have been unfair on them.

Very poor and unprofessional service. Cancelled booking last minute and all guests were waiting at the party, including the pregnant lady that the party was hosted for! Very disappointed. A 90 deposit was paid upfront and Julie is not willing to refund. The reasons Julie didnt turn up was because she sent a message and the only response she got was Heey...unfortunately, my second message confirming treatments was not sent. Instead of calling me, Julie sent a cancellation message in the morning. Unfortunately, I didnt read the message, as a host, I was busy preparing the party venue before, what we agreed to be her arrival at 11am. Absolutely devastated by the customer service. Julie was not civil nor professional in her approach. I would recommend you stay absolutely clear.

Julie and her team were fantastic with my girl and her friends. Very professional, fun, experienced. Would highly recommend their pamper party service. The girls had a great time and we put our feet up :)

Julie and her team came to my home to do a Spa day for me and my friend's. She arrived on time and set up ready to start the treatments. The pamper party was amazing. Very professional and thorough. The set up looked great too. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing professional experience I received from Julie. I certainly could not recommend her enough nothing was to much trouble.
