This company is the most difficult and unsupportive company to work with. After attempting to cancel our services with them and asking for a refund 6 DAYS after the charged was noticed by the previous owners, Webgility still continues to give us vague and unapologetic answers to the fact that we now have to shell out an entire years worth of service that we REQUESTED TO CANCEL!! The last owners of the business will now have to require us to pay for a service that we NEVER INTENDED TO USE!!! All while a company who has taken the money from their account refuses to work out an agreement with us, and now were held liable for money that we will NEVER benefit from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you do, dont expect to receive support in any way, shape or form. A one star rating is too generous!

EDIT: If you want to get their attention this is a great way to do it. After posting here they contacted me the very next day and called me every day with an update. They were able to resolve most of the issues. Billing was correct and the technical issue was corrected after several weeks of them working on it internally. I am still having to deal with settings not saving properly. Overall frustrated that this was the only reason I got any help but I guess that's how it goes. Webgility has been so difficult to work with. Their system changes the settings in your account without warning and it takes weeks to get any support. Billing is a joke as you can't get anything change or modified without contacting several different people. They also don't bill on usage they just bill at your highest usage point from any given moment. For example if you connect an additional store but then delete it you will still get billed for the additional store. You will also get billed at Q4 order volumes for the rest of the year no madder how many orders you sell during the rest of the year. Your account and portal are not connected and its difficult to navigate from one to another.

Worst Service ever.... I have been waiting OVER 10 WEEKS for them to help me get my refunds to appear. I have talked to over seven different people and supervisors over the past 3 months and have to explain my issue over and over again without any changes. I can't continue my quickbooks process until this gets resolved and nobody cares. Nobody even has the decency to follow up with me on my case. Rude and unsupportive.
