Marc made this work so easy. I am a novice when it comes to this stuff. He was very patient when I was trying to explain what I was looking for. He was able to pick out the pieces I would need and scope out a better layout that I had imagined. He is very detailed and meticulous in the installation. No messes left behind, no messy wire or installation. Everything looks, works and syncs perfectly. I am glad to have made the choice to use this company. Marc was able to quickly explain the products and pros and cons of each, which gave me what I needed to decide which pieces to purchase. Purchased them through him and the items came in quick and he was able to get my install started. He arrived with all the supplies needed and left everything looking very professionally done. I am really glad I was able to find someone who was so knowledgable and resourceful for a tricky installation. I definately would recommend him based on his professionalism, knowledge and project implementation skills. So pleased with the outcomes and how easy the system is to use. Great job.

HIGHLY recommend. Had a unique situation with the structure of my house and Chris was able to provide me with a great solution that ended up working out great. Was always on time whenever we had something scheduled and even made a recommendation to Sonos when I had another brand already picked out and the Sonos equipment is top notch. My entertainment system looks and sounds great and wouldn't have been able to do this without Chris and his staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to set up an entertainment system.

I found Smart Home Made Easy on the list of Nest Pros in my area, and requested a quote to have my new Nest doorbell installed. Chris promptly sent me back a reasonable and detailed quote, and was able to schedule the installation for 4 days later. Chris arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional. He came prepared with all the tools and equipment he needed to get the job done right. Doorbell transformers are notoriously difficult to find in some houses, but Chris put in the necessary time to find it and upgrade it so that the new smart doorbell would receive enough voltage. He then got to work on replacing the old doorbell, which proved to be a difficult task due to the old wiring. He upgraded the existing setup where needed, and made sure that the new doorbell was sitting correctly without pinching or shorting any of the wiring. Despite the project taking longer and being more involved than either of us expected, Chris still stuck to his original quote, and at no point seemed to be rushing through the project. He did a great job and I'm confident that it was done right. I will definitely be calling him back for future projects. Thank you!

I was having trouble installing my Nest Hello Doorbell due to a complicated doorbell chime, so I called to make an appointment. Rather than scheduling an appointment, Chris asked me a few questions, and since it was an easy fix, later in the evening, he talked me through my installation over the phone. I saved over $100 in installation costs!! I highly recommend Smart Home Made Easy for smart home product and installation needs. I will be using them in the future!
