ran diagnostics on a custom gaming rig and then replaced the motherboard and CPU. Very responsive along the way, they even use FreshDesk to communicate. Its like having your own IT team! Would definitely use them again should I need them. They also seemed able to get parts cheaper than I could find on my own on the internet, so the labor charges ended up being minimal when balanced with savings on the parts.

I took my step daughters iPhone in that wouldnt get past the apple logo when turning on. Blake was more then helpful! He definitely knows what he is doing. He said what it could possibly be and sure enough it was exactly one of the things he said it couldve been! He gave me a quote on how much, that alone was better then trying to get a new phone from insurance and paying almost triple of his quote, to top it off it was actually cheaper then what he said! He had it done really fast. When you walk in his store you can tell he knows what he is doing, and he loves doing it!! Ive never liked going to stores like that because I always felt like they were trying something to play me and it always seemed so expensive everywhere I went! Not here though! I definitely recommend this store and Blake! All around a great experience! Thanks again!

Friendly, helpful, and timely service, from local folks instead of a big chain! My husband's computer was too fried to get all the data, but they were able to recover a lot and back up to his new laptop. :)
