Terrible place to have an event at! The workers were fighting and calling each other racial slurs!
There was a wedding at The Bridge Building, and we were particularly impressed with Kayleigh Rogers' adept and professional handling of all aspects of the situation. She helped keep things coordinated and was able to continually provide needed information. Top notch experience overall.
Infinity handled every detail of our wedding and reception from start to finish. Customer service is excellent! We were so pleased with the set up, the wait staff, bar tenders, and delicious food elegantly presented. Emily and her coworkers were so excellent, that we also used Infinity for our daughter's Quinceanera a few months later. Again, same excellent customer service start to finish.
Mr. and Mrs. Sikpi, we strive to create a great experience for all of our clients and regret that we did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and wish you both the very best.

2.5 stars-- While Infinity made things a lot easier during the planning process being a one stop shop for many of the aspects of wedding planning, they are highly overpriced for subpar service. You would think that at these prices all I's would be dotted and all T's would be crossed and that it would be a much more personalized experience. However, I often felt like just another bride and that this is the blanket stuff they do all the time. Additionally, I had to review my final contract many times to catch mistakes they made and things they carelessly tacked on and charged extra for incorrectly or unnecessarily. A few days before wedding day, after days of going back and forth waiting for corrections to be made via email, I was rushed to sign the final contract and pay the remaining balance in fear of me being charged for a late deposit. I expressed not feeling comfortable signing a document that was inaccurate. I was told that the accounting dept was out of office (which seemed to happen often) and that anything that was incorrect would be refunded upon their return. Of course this was not the case and in retrospect was said to subdue me. After all was said and done, I was charged well over the final headcount for items rented from music city tents and events because Infinity did not confirm the final headcount with them or change it in time after I inquired about the incorrect reflection of the final dollar amount numerous times. At that point, they claimed it was too late and I would not be reimbursed. They also claimed it was due to me signing late, which again was due to it taking days to get a response about the corrections that needed to be made which could have been remedied had they properly updated the contract initially. We also had to pay a cleaning and moving fee for the chairs we rented from music city tents and events yet those chairs were filthy and my family had to clean them ahead of the service. Furthermore, my wedding started 45 minutes late and to this day no one can tell me why. I know for a fact it was not because of my décor team as that place was completely decorated upon my arrival. Of course, We were not offered that time on the back end. Lastly, Infinity did not provide an adequate amount of staff due to overbooking events on labor day weekend. We were assured help with moving and setting up décor items and my family had to do it on their own since they were understaffed. Everything I look back on and loved about my wedding had nothing to do with them. Again, at these prices, and considering that my wedding was booked over a year and a half in advance, this should not have been the case. Infinity was quite dismissive when I expressed these concerns, especially since they had already been paid (which happens before you get to see the finished product). All in all, I could have done this on my own or hired a much smaller wedding planning company for that more thorough personalized touch and care. Subpar work... if that.
