I called Gemmens concerning a generator they said they can fix it because it's a simple job so I went in the next day the service manager said no they can't fix it because they don't service that brand even though it only needed a pull string! The girl behind the the service desk was very nice and offered to carry it out for me she noticed I had trouble lifting it.
