The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with any sort of business, so I had to write a review, something I never do. Avoid this business at all costs. They commit fraud, disparage their customers and are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They lied about sending my stuff out for dry cleaning while charging me and then returning my clothes just as dirty with the same visible stains as I had left in their care. They admitted they didnt send the stuff out only after I pointed it out and brought it back to them, while somehow manipulating the situation by trying to put the blame on me. Also the man that works there called me a b**** on the phone! Insane!!

Quick shout out to Next Cleaners. I traveled to NYC for work and hem came out of dress on way here. I stopped in and they were so kind to do a quick fix for me (less than an hour) and wouldn't even let me pay for the fix. Very thankful to them and highly recommend based on friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

I am a weekly customer Next Lafayette Cleaners and I always receive top notch service from the Manager Dante and his team of reliable staff. Anytime I need a pickup/drop off for my laundry and dry cleaning, it is quick and professional. Dante is always personable and friendly and he goes above and beyond to help you when there's any issue. I highly recommend Next Cleaners Lafayette because I'm very happy with the service I receive from there!

Appalling. Dishonest. Zero Expertise. Zero Integrity. Destroyed a Barbara Bui Coat, a Barbara Bui top and an ABC designer rug after lengthy discussions regarding the experts they use to clean their garments and assuring me all would be well. After destroying garments they denied the damage. Did not refund the money for "cleaning" also said they would rectify the situation. Nothing ever happened despite repeated requests. They still have the items and refuse to refund the cost of cleaning and return the goods. Absolutely the worst dry cleaner in Manhattan.
