Oh Dear Oh dear dear dear.. I seem to be in the dark about things going on at my Coop. As a snowbird, I enjoyed spending my summers at Scottsdale East, especially at the pool. It seems however, I am returning to chaos! I was just forwarded the newsletters, town-hall newsletters and various other emails between members and this silly BOD. BOD if there is nothing to hide, why not be transparent and produce the requested documentation? If you need a chuckle today, do read the last 5 newsletters, and BOD, please stop using my monies to pay for BOD's newsletter's threats and harassment of those of us not in agreement with our reserve funds being zeroed out. The newsletter reads like a ridiculous, condescending manifesto. The BOD needs to hire a new author, someone with ENG101 on their transcripts please! Scottsdale East members are literally throwing our money down the sewer!

I used to live here in J3. I was so happy here. It's quiet and cozy with it's community garden. It's in the best part of the valley. South Scottsdale I miss that house
