After my car had broken down, my breakdown service arranged for my car to be brought for diagnostics/repair to this garage. The garage incorrectly advised that the alternator AND my car battery needed to be replaced, and they gave me an estimate of 500. I declined. A few days later, I managed to get the alternator replaced at a different garage for 230, and there was no need to replace the battery as it was only 1.5yrs old; the problem was the alternator alone because it wasn't properly charging the battery. I would not recommend this garage as not only was their diagnosis faulty but their estimate was exorbitant. I felt they sought to take advantage of my perceived desperation when I had broken down.
Booked my car in to have the window regulator changed on my skoda octavia..they carried out the work and completed the job without any issues..I'm pleased with the work they did and would happily use them again.
Hi Nathan The only reason we would refuse a job is if we were too busy to deal, the last thing you'd want for your pregnant wife is to be waiting for hours. We were just being honest. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise

Very unhelpful staff who refused to attend my wife who was pregnant at the time and was broken down. Thankfully the warranty company sorted out another local firm. The chap from Millbrook was on site quickly and sorted out the recovery.
