So i ordered a punching bag on March 14, 2022, and received a confirmation email saying my order was being processed the same day. I didnt receive a confirmation tracking number until April 7, 2022. And received my punching bag on April 12, 2022 Between March 14th and April 7th, I did email them once and made two phones calls, but i got no reply from them by email. But on my second phone call days later, after leaving a voicemail mail the first time. I did talk to someone, and they said my order just left to be shipped. I received a tracking email later that night. My advice is dont order if you're looking for an Amazon-type turnaround for your order. But i love my bag and will be ordering more bags in the future. Nazo has some of the best bags in the industry, and it's only one small company, so keep that in mind when ordering greatness takes time. Great bags ehhh customer service but winning is the same way when ordering gloves from them. Nazo doing a lot better than them if you ask me.
SCAMM!! NOTHING but a scam website! Ordered a punching bag back in june now its november still havent received anything! And they do not answer any phone calls or emails! Please do not buy from this place
Ordered a 135lb heavy bag. Shipped in 7 days and arrived promptly. The bag is great. The straps are super solid and the bag itself has enough give and feedback to be comfortable amd satisfying to strike.
