Awful stay - coffee maker didn't work, tub/jets didn't work, TV didn't work, door didn't even work! The bldg maintenance person had to literally saw off part of the door so it would fully close and we could lock it. Room smelled bad. There were clumps of hair (or something....) floating in the pool. Really disgusting.

Great experience. Front Desk, Johnny, had amazing customer service and was fast and answered all my questions. Also, the room was very nice and clean, and I was able to rest.

El hotel me encanto. Habitaciones hermosas y cómodas. El café del lobby está delicioso. Lo más hermoso es las vistas. Mi habitación fue la 413 y tiene vista al lago.

Paid for breakfast yet had to eat of the menu as not what I wanted or what I paid for Hot tub out of use and I stayed here for the services which I was dissatisfied / disappointed. If I knew this eg breakfast and hot tub I would of stayed elsewhere. Room smelt damp Not the cleanest of rooms , old and in need of updating- pictures on site misleading Rude day staff on reception- the face of the hotel not what I expect from a professional ambassador for the chain Maintenance man who just seems lost , or does not understand the job role
