When the nurse and her aid FLAT OUT REFUSED TO GIVE OUR FATHER OXGYEN MASK WHEN HE ASKED FOR IT. I WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM ANY STARS AT ALL. I HOPE THEY LOSE THEIR JOBS CAUSE AS NURSE AND AID ON HEART PART OF IT THEY SHOULD KNOW BETTER BUT NO THEY THINK SMARTER THEN FSMILY MEMEBRS WHO HAVE BEEN CARE FOR HIM MOST OF OUR ADULT LIVES!! THIS FIRST TIME I EVER BE SO UNHAPPPY WITH THIS PLACE!

Worst night ever. Was at the hospital because my sister got into a car accident and didn't even see a doctor after 2 hours still waiting in the room. We heard the nurses laughing and talking right outside of the door. We paged the nurse and she had came in and said oh we don't know when the doctor will be here no update from the doctor. So we just walked out since no one came after waiting for 2hrs. Only if there was another hospital I would not come to this one... They are lucky they are the only hospital in town.
