The pharmacy workers are rude & cold hearted , especially Julie. I wait 2 days for script delivery after being told each day it was gonna be delivered. In person last month they were just as rude aftaftcallitverify each day

Been a patient here for nearly five years. I've usually enjoyed my experience here but it's a little frustrating that I can't go for an in person visit when I'm sick. I had a telehealth appointment last week that basically didn't accomplish anything and then I had to go to urgent care for a flu test because the doctors here wouldn't see me (despite testing negative for COVID twice). I ended up having the flu but because I was so far along (because my primary care physician wouldn't see me) I can't be prescribed anything. Frustrating.

Sometimes they get it right other times they dont. Cant find prescriptions. Ship things out without authorization. Seem to be understaffed and that attitude shows to the customers. The app for the pharmacy works 20% of the time and waiting on the phone can be upwards of 20 mins
